Privacy Policy

Effective Date: May 25, 2026 · Version 1.0

This Privacy Policy describes how LLB Company LLC, a Nevada limited liability company doing business as Levance ("Levance," "we," "our," or "us"), collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you visit levance.ai (the "Site") or use the Levance platform and related services (collectively, the "Service").

By accessing the Site or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy.

Levance is a software platform used by law firm customers ("Customers") to engage with their own prospects and clients. When a Customer uses Levance to message or contact you, the Customer is the sender of those communications, and you should also review that Customer's own privacy policy.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Information You Provide

We collect information you submit directly, including:

  • Contact information (name, email address, phone number, mailing address).
  • Account information (login credentials, business name, role, professional licenses where applicable).
  • Payment information (processed by third-party payment processors; Levance does not store full card numbers).
  • Communications you send to us or to a law firm Customer through Levance (form submissions, chat messages, SMS messages, voice messages, emails).
  • Any other information you choose to provide.

1.2 Information Collected Automatically

When you visit the Site or use the Service, we automatically collect:

  • Device and connection information (IP address, browser type, device identifiers, operating system).
  • Usage information (pages visited, links clicked, time spent, referring URLs).
  • Cookies and similar tracking technologies (see Section 5).

1.3 Information From Third Parties

We may receive information from third parties, including law firm Customers using Levance, marketing partners, advertising networks, analytics providers, and publicly available sources.

2. How We Use Information

We use information for the following purposes:

  • To operate, maintain, and improve the Site and Service.
  • To facilitate communications between law firm Customers and their prospects or clients.
  • To respond to inquiries and provide support.
  • To send marketing communications (subject to your consent and opt-out preferences).
  • To analyze usage patterns and improve performance, security, and user experience.
  • To comply with legal obligations, enforce our Terms of Service, and prevent fraud or abuse.

3. SMS Communications and TCPA Compliance

Levance enables law firm Customers to send SMS text messages to their prospects and clients. Levance complies with the federal Telephone Consumer Protection Act ("TCPA") and the FCC's April 2025 revocation rules.

3.1 SMS Opt-In Consent

If you provide a mobile phone number to Levance and affirmatively opt in to receive text messages, the following terms apply. By checking an SMS consent box on any Levance form and providing your mobile phone number, you expressly consent to receive automated text messages from Levance at that number, including via automatic telephone dialing systems. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any product or receiving any service. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.

3.2 How to Opt Out

You may opt out of receiving SMS messages from Levance at any time by replying to any Levance text message with any of the following keywords:

  • STOP
  • QUIT
  • REVOKE
  • OPT OUT
  • CANCEL
  • UNSUBSCRIBE
  • END

After opting out, you will receive a single confirmation message and no further marketing or promotional SMS messages from Levance. Per FCC rules effective April 11, 2025, opt-out requests are honored across all categories of messages from the same sender unless you affirmatively re-opt-in.

3.3 HELP Information

Reply HELP to any Levance SMS to receive information about the messaging program. Standard message and data rates apply.

3.4 Universal Opt-Out

You may also revoke consent through any reasonable method, including replying to a Levance SMS with a natural-language request such as "please stop texting me" or by emailing [email protected].

3.5 Customer SMS Programs

If you opt out of SMS communications, we will also remove you from email and voice marketing communications, and vice versa. Our internal "do not contact" flag is universal across all channels.

When you interact with a law firm Customer through SMS sent via Levance, the Customer is the sender of those messages and is responsible for obtaining your consent and honoring your opt-out requests. Opting out of a specific Customer's SMS communications will not opt you out of communications from other Customers using Levance.

4. Email Communications and CAN-SPAM Compliance

Marketing emails sent by Levance comply with the federal CAN-SPAM Act. Every marketing email we send will:

  • Accurately identify Levance as the sender.
  • Use a truthful, non-deceptive subject line.
  • Identify itself as a commercial communication.
  • Include our physical postal address.
  • Include a clear, conspicuous mechanism for opting out.

You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email, replying with "unsubscribe" in the subject line, or emailing [email protected]. We honor opt-out requests promptly — well within the ten business day window required by law.

5. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

The Site uses cookies and similar technologies to operate, secure, and improve the Service. These include:

  • Strictly necessary cookies — required for the Site to function (for example, session management).
  • Analytics cookies — help us understand how visitors use the Site.
  • Marketing cookies — used to measure and improve advertising effectiveness.

Most browsers allow you to control cookies through their settings. Disabling cookies may affect some features of the Site.

6. How We Share Information

We share information only as described below:

  • With law firm Customers — when you submit information through a Levance-powered form or message intended for a specific law firm, that information is shared with that law firm.
  • With service providers — vendors that help us operate the Service (hosting, analytics, email delivery, SMS delivery, payment processing) under contractual confidentiality obligations.
  • For legal reasons — to comply with applicable law, legal process, or governmental requests, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Levance, our Customers, or others.
  • In a business transaction — in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to standard confidentiality protections.
  • With your consent — for any other purpose disclosed at the time of collection.

Levance does not sell personal information.

7. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When information is no longer needed, we will delete or anonymize it. Retention periods vary by type of data and applicable law.

8. Data Security

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights under applicable privacy laws, including the right to:

  • Access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you.
  • Restrict or object to certain processing.
  • Receive a portable copy of your information.
  • Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
  • Opt out of marketing communications.

To exercise these rights, contact us at [email protected]. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling your request.

9.1 California Residents

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the CPRA, may give you additional rights, including the right to know, the right to delete, the right to correct, and the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. Levance does not sell personal information as that term is defined under California law.

10. Children's Privacy

The Site and Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn we have collected such information, we will delete it promptly.

11. International Users

Levance is operated from the United States. If you access the Service from outside the United States, you understand that your information will be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States.

12. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Effective Date." Continued use of the Site or Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy.
